US Privacy Rights Addendum

This Addendum supplements the Privacy Policy and explains how to exercise privacy rights that may apply under US state privacy laws (including California CCPA/CPRA and other states with comprehensive privacy laws).

This is a general, Platform‑wide approach. Requirements vary by state and may change.

1. Rights You May Have (Depending on State)

Depending on your state of residence and the context (Customer vs Technician), you may have rights to:

  • Access: confirm whether we process personal information and obtain a copy.
  • Correction: correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion: delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Portability: obtain a portable copy of certain data.
  • Opt Out: opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, and/or certain data sharing (as defined by applicable law).
  • Limit Sensitive Data: in some states, limit use of certain sensitive data where applicable.

2. How to Submit Requests

5. California Notice at Collection (High-Level)

At or before collection, we collect the categories of personal information described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes described there (booking facilitation, communications, payments facilitation, fraud prevention, Platform security, compliance).

We retain information as described in the Privacy Policy and may retain data to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

7. Non‑Discrimination
